 Returns accepted on new  items may be within 15 days of purchase with the receipt.  Returned  items must be in original, unopened, undamaged packaging. Online  purchases are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return shipping is at  customers expense. No returns on used, pre-owned merchandise.  NO  EXCEPTIONS  TO THIS RETURN POLICY !
